    Your Personalized Nutrition Protocol - I’ll create a nutrition plan customized to you for your specific goals. This takes into account your lifestyle, food preferences, health considerations, etc. You will be provided support with meal ideas and recommendations to make hitting your targets simpler and sustainable.

    Your Custom Workout Program - Whether you’re working out at home, in a hotel room, or at the gym, we can adapt your program to your situation! You will have clear instructions, demo videos, and progressions that evolve as you get stronger. Programs are typically 4-8 weeks long, but are custom per individual per goal.

  • E-books, PDFs, and Video Content - I’ve created educational resources covering everything from macronutrients to lifting phases, and am continuously creating more for you!! You’ll have access to it all.

    Habit Coaching - Because lasting change happens one habit at a time. We'll work together to build sustainable routines that stick.

    Supplement Recommendations - Cut through the marketing noise and get science-based recommendations tailored to YOUR needs.
